My family of 4 enjoyed the comfort of the bus - as we had already done a lot of walking the previous days. We did find ourselves waiting for the buses more than expected because we didn’t organize our selves, the app did have accurate bus times. The highlights for us were the River Tour - relaxing and very funny! As well, The Jack the Ripper tour with Julia made a great day even better! She presented an educational tour, as well as, a socially conscious tour. We initially had a separate Jack the Ripper tour scheduled but cancelled it when we booked the hop on/hop off bus tour and learned it included such a tour. We saved money with all these extras!
Awesome boat trip!

Our trip was fantastic. The captain gave great descriptions of what was on the coastline. If you want to see the tower bridge a little closer, this is the trip to do so! Awesome opportunity to take tower bridge photos . It was cold and the boat is warm, covered and an excellent break from walking. We got on about three so we had sunset colors in our photos.

The fact that we had to wait about 30 minutes for another bus to come and get the passenger from it wasn't very pleasant
Hopeless website for bus pickup points

Was so difficult to find the various bus pickup points. The website is hopeless giving location of bus stops but no ability to find it using Google Maps.

We spend most of the day waiting for at stop. It is difficult to find correct stop and then you wait. Bus is often delayed and almost impossible to find schedule. But, at the end, driver was very nice and helpful. I would rather consider that personal trait then corporate policy and therefor exception, not a rule. Overall, do not recommend!

Is a great idea to travel in London, but the bus driver are not too friendly, even you have to wait another bus if is full of people and the transport only works until 5 pm, so may be it works better when you re a planning to travel in a low season stage of the year.
Cheeky and not informative enough

Fairly disappointed in this tour experience.
Pros: I felt like they had plenty of buses and the app was great in seeing the buses and knowing when one was coming.
Cons: About 20% of the audio ports didn’t work. The ones that did work let you listen to the guided tours. But the content was cheeky and very short on facts. Lots of silly verbiage that was intended to be funny but was neither entertaining or very informative. They played a bunch of filler music which was slightly better than the banter. But there was ample time for them describe more sites, buildings and history.
I’d very much like to get my money back and take another tour line.

Easy Way to see the sights quickly

Easy way to see the sights. We got the 3 day ticket but would only recommend getting the 1 day ticket as we never used it after the 1st day. The bus is very slow due to London traffic so it was easier/quicker to walk between the stops that were close together. Would recommend downloading the app to track where you are going as some stops were skipped/extra loops added that aren't easy to see on the paper map.
