This is a great way to see Cardiff, Wales from London. The panoramic tour is wonderful and there is plenty of time to see the Cardiff Castle and visit the town.

Our driver was Brandon, he is the best, it's not my first tour with him and this time my mother came with me. Even though my mother does not speak English she enjoyed the trip a lot as well.
Cardiff and Caerphilly were beautiful, I am planning already a whole Wales trip starting from Cardiff.
The group is small, you have time to enjoy the city on your own, so you get a good balance of things that are shown and explained to you, and your own free time.
I have already decided on the next tour with them.
Highly recommended.

Our driver (Ricardo if not mistaken) and tour guide were both very informative and cheerful. We were aware that it was a long ride (~3hrs one way depending on the traffic) but we had enough time to visit the historical spots and city center also grab a bite and enjoy a drink. Organization wise it was well thought-out and there were absolutely no issues.

Mark was our driver. The van had 9 passengers so we were very comfortable and spread out. He narrated landmarks and neighborhoods around London because we were picked up prior to other passengers. Cardiff was beautiful with the medieval castle and the arcades which are quadrants with restaurants and shops. It was on Sunday so most expensive shops were closed. There were still plenty of shops open for the time we were there (2 hours). Need at least another 30 minutes in Cardiff! Caerphilly castle is 30 minutes drive from Cardiff. Our guide, Richard, was knowledgeable about Cardiff and Caerphilly. Caerphilly was a medieval castle (built in late 1200) and it was used to defend the invaders. It is quite different than other castles in Europe. It was a great trip in Wales. Thanks Mark and Richard, especially Mother Nature for a beautiful day!

Cardiff is a lovely place and although my friend and I enjoyed the day trip we thought that one day wasn't quite enough to see everything. Welch people are very friendly. The driver and the tour guide were amazing and made out day trip very special.
