I was only able to attend the London Eye River Cruise as the Eye was closed due to cold weather, but it was absolutely worth it for that alone. Our tour guide Jordan was very witty and gave great facts alongside the fantastic sights. I had a lovely time!

amazing attraction one should not miss london eye is beautiful you can see lot of places from
up there and cruise tour that i booked via lastminute.com is amazing deal i bought the set of 3 places sealife madam and london eye and cruise boat its amazing deal worth the money the cruise boat is wonderful think it takes you down to river under bridges we had a sweet lady vickie touring us and very interesting tour welldone ! not boring as others :)

I purchased the combo package and the river cruise was a great way to learn some interesting facts. However, the London eye was not operating due to icy conditions both days we went. I understand this is a safety precaution and I’m not upset about that at all. But, there was absolutely no notification sent to my email prior indicating it would be closed. We travelled to the are two days in a row and wasted a lot of time only to find out that it wasn’t running. I even checked the website the second day prior to leaving and it didn’t say it was closed until well into the afternoon after our reserved time. My poor 7 yr old was crying in the ticket office while we lined up for a refund. I hope they can fix this and send email notifications in the future to save customers from the inconvenience and repeated disappointment.

I enjoyed both the 45 minute river cruise and the 30 minute rotation on the London Eye. I recommend taking the boat during the day and going on the Eye after sundown.
