Lovely tour, central pick up location right next to the tube. Charlotte our guide was fantastic!!! Highly recommend taking either the short or long version of this tour. I took the short and it was just right for my needs. Bonus it comes with the river cruise which can be taken anytime!

This was a great tour and we loved our guide Deborah! I only wish we had booked this as an all day tour. We only booked the half day tour. Deborah was knowledgeable and entertaining. She made sure the group had a perfect view of the changing of the guard. Thank you Deborah for a great day!

Our guide and driver gave us many details about the buildings in the city. We learned much history. They were also clever and kind people. We are glad we went.
Improvement in the services is needed

Finding the bus loading point was virtually impossible.
Tour of the city was far less descriptive and interesting as it could have been.
Tour guide was barely okay.
Bus was very comfortable.
The cruise up the river was much better but even there the guide was rather stiff and didn't cover a lot of things that we saw that weren't talked about.
Both should include an opportunity for asking questions - which they didn't.
