Friendly organised staff for a lovely boat ride

I had a lovely experience taking the Uber boat from Battersea Power station back to central London. As one can anticipate, there were long lines of people waiting because it was the first weekend that the Battersea Power station was open. The Uber Thames Clipper pier staff (Don in particular) were friendly, calm and organised to update the lines of people about the boat situation, when they can expect to get on , and how long to anticipate the wait. The experience of waiting was hence made more manageable having this information.

Great Way to Travel in London

This was included in our London Pass and turned out to be a great way to travel from Westminster to the Tower of London. It was a rainy morning but that didn’t matter as all passengers are inside a clean and comfortable cabin with all glass sides offering great views.

Take the Clipper on the Thames!

Jumped on at Waterloo (Embankment Pier) and off at the O2 (North Greenwich). Super journey both ways! For us, the Roamer pass meant the kids were essentially free and we could have gone anywhere else on the Thames that day (24 possible stops), if we'd had the time. It's also much more fun for kids than the tube.

Next time we may do more. All staff were friendly too.

Quality experience. Would go again.

Brilliant customer care

Fantastic customer service by staff members Don and Ella at Battersea Pier when I discovered I'd dropped my mobile phone (with debit card!) on board. They went far beyond anything that might be expected in terms of customer care in trying to find the phone's whereabouts and finally succeeded in tracing it, and then reuniting me with the phone. Saved HUGE problems for me - I couldn't be more impressed or grateful!

Pragmatism! Ease with which the sightseeing was possible.

Budget way for riding along the Thames!

A great, budget way to see the sights along the Thomas. Our boat was on time, relatively empty and with pleasant crew. The only downside was dirty windows making it difficult to get a clear view outside!

I road the boat from Greenwich to Embankment. It’s a nice ride. Quick and well run. The boat is clean and the ride is smooth.
